"Room did not smell clean. Shower head loose and I was afraid to move it where I needed it, afraid it would come off wall. Had hard time adjusting unit to our comfort level. "

"Very pet friendly -- no fees (aside from refundable deposit). Extremely clean and tidy. Staff very helpful, especially Chris who was very dedicated to making sure all client concerns were taken care of. AC worked well, but was noisy. Shower needs some work -- water came out half through the showerhead, half through the faucet."
