We got a free bottle of wine and free room upgrade! The rooms were clean and the jetted tub and fireplace were wonderful! The pool hot tub and game room were very nice and fun!

3 night stay for event in galena - 1br apt. everything was clean, no chemical odors (cleaners, pets, smoking, etc). plenty of space - accomodations much larger than listing picture. bed was incredibly comfortable. cookies in the lobby; we hung out and enjoyed the fire, colored, watched the projection tv. we used the game room, and workout room on the lower level. there was plenty of parking. very peaceful! absolute quiet at night. the ONLY negative was the peeling paint in the pool area - we didn’t go swimming but you could see the large sheets of paint peeling off the walls. we will definitely stay at this location again.

The room and trundle bed were comfortable. Having an oversized jetted tub and fireplace was a romantic bonus. We enjoyed using the little patio. I would recommend getting a room overlooking the woods and on the 3rd floor, as ours was, for the great views. Game room had a lot to offer. We were the only people using the pool and hot tub when we went there. The hot tub needs repair as there are a few broken tiles on the seat with sharp edges. Staff was great and responsive to requests, especially Jude! I would definitely recommend the WorldMark.

Not sure if we will keep going anymore...
The murphy bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were out of order, but no one bothered to inform us at check in, so we learned about it after getting changed into swimsuits and heading to it to find a note on the door. The hallway, and later on the lobby, reeked of marijuana. When I asked the front desk person about the odor, they said that they were aware and knew who was probably causing it- but didn't know if they were allowed to say anything! The blinds on the windows were very dusty. It's sad because we have been staying here since 2015 and the place has really gone downhill.

Nice place with fully furnished kitchen.
Very nice place and was well equipped. Bed was comfortable but there was a lot of noise from people walking in room above as well as outside road noise. Swimming pool was being worked on and not available. Conveniently located to Galena

Pleasant surprise but a few flaws
It was perfect, clean, spacious, close to local activities. My only issue were we had no tv the first night and they literally had no one to fix an issue at 7 pm on a Friday night- nothing is open locally past 9pm so it made for a long awkward night and there were no vending machines on premises which again would have been great seeing nothing was open late or even a very close drive.

We will be back - loved it!
What a great place for a weekend getaway! Katrina was lovely at check-in, the amenities were great (indoor pool, spa, game room, nice lobby), and the room was perfect for a getaway weekend with the gorgeous fireplace separating the bedroom/living area from the massive bathroom with spa sized bathtub. We will be back!!! FYI - no restaurant on-site and the bed is a pull-down but we didn't mind either.

Beautiful and scenic. Very clean, friendly staff. Excellent amenities and loved how our suite had necessities stocked and available. Only downfall was find late evening food delivery

Fantastic building layout - felt like a home away from home. Building was clean (except the windows - the front desk remarked on the spectacular view from our room at check-in, but the windows were very dirty on the outside). Well-maintained and cared for. Very happy with our experience there.

The rooms have gorgeous views and are the perfect size! A quick drive to downtown Galena for all the shopping, restaurants and wine tastings. Plenty of great things to do around the property.

First off it states queen bed. It’s a Murphy bed full size. The bed slants to one side and down ward to the point you sold down past the door of the bed and wake up 20+times a night. It’s loud. You can hear everything around you. The shower is small and the the jet tub is oversized. The worst place I have been to. Dated. Packed with unnecessary furniture the tv is small for the studio. The fireplace was see thru to the toilet. Nice view from the Murphy bed you can see any one sitting on the toilet or in the shower clear as day. No privacy! Awful awful place
