We stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dinner at the M1 Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The restaurant staff THAO provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We also want to acknowledge receptionist XI and duty manager BACH, who have been wonderfully helpful and welcoming throughout our time there. Wyndham Garden Hanoi exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

The room was clean and quiet and modern. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was that the hotel came up as an airport hotel in the Expedia search, so I assumed it was close to the airport. In reality, it is 30 km and 1.5 hour drive ( in traffic) from the airport. We nearly missed our flight due to this incorrect information by Expedia. The hotel does offer a 24 hour hotel shuttle but at a price one third more expensive than a taxi.

The gym is giant and has a lot of equipment. The hotel is quite and clean. The staff is really helpful. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, it doesn't really matter if you occasionally go out. The taxi is also very easy and convenient to call from your phone.

Everything is great, I highly recommend. The front desk staff is very helpful. Thanks to Miss Xi she is amazing. The room is amazing , having bathrobes and slippers. Wifi is super fast and stable. my room even has a small balcony which is awesome.

편하지만 아쉬운…

더블스위트로 업그레이드 해줘서 너무 편했어요. 그리고 아침뷔페도 나쁘지 않고 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 자쿠지가 너무 맘에 들었어요. 관리하는 사람이 없다보니 오히려 더 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 레이트 체크아웃을 부탁했는데, 아쉽게 안되었지만 14:00 까지 편의를 봐줘서 감사했습니다. 아쉬운 점은… 근처에 편의점도, 가게도 찾기 어려웠다. 식당은 바로 뒤에 분보집이 하나있고 술집은 몇군데 있었지만 그 흔한 신또나 반미집을 찾기 어려웠다. 체크아웃시 인보이스를 요청했는데 인수인계가 안된 느낌. 전반적으로 컨시어지 서비스는 4성 수준은 아닌듯합니다. 어얼리 체크인 조식포함 1680k vnd입니다. 혹시 어얼리 체크인 하실분은 아예 하루 더 예약하는게 더 쌀듯…ㅠㅠ 서비스가 조금은 아쉬운… 하노이에 자주 가는데 다음 이용할 수준은 아닌듯.
