Had a great stay . Thankful for the manager who spoke English and was able to assist me throughout my stay. Housekeeping staff and the bar and kitchen staff were amazing. I will definitely stay there again.

A generous warm and treasured experience.

Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this. We would return any opportunity.

booked online through Expedia for this specific hotel and when arrived, they said my booking was not in their system. They wanted to put me in a motel near by, not even a hotel, motel with cheaper price. I said no and showed them my receipt that I had paid for the room. Lucky I was with some locals and they helped me out by talking to the receptionists. After some back and fort exchanges, the hotel decided to refund my moneys but at first they did not want to give me back my moneys, saying they have room at another place. Bad services and shady hotel. Would not come back again.

旧市街までは郷里があるが周辺には市場もありコンビニもある良いホテルです。 朝食のメニューが時間が遅いと無くなってしまうので早く行った方が良い。 インターネットがつがならない時がある。 価格相当と思う。

The receptionist are very friendly & accommodating. We had a bad experienced on the 1st day because of a rude taxi driver but they help us report it & they also help us booked for transport so that we will never experienced it again. They also help us in booking our city tour even that it was a last minute decision

Hotel on busy street

While in your room all you hear in horns honking.The hotel is on a very busy street so it's noisy. Hotel staff were very nice. I got hurt the first day in front of hotel and had to have a wheelchair so they would unlock the back entrance to let us come and go from there. The pictures are the view from the room. Internet sucked..

We had troubles getting to Cat Ba Island because of our flight time we missed the last ferry to the island that day. But the hotel understood our concern and then upgraded our room at no cost for our trouble. Even though they had nothing to do with our travel arrangements to the island. Upon arrival we met the manager who upgraded us and he was just as kind as his email. The room had instant hot water which was nice and free breakfast was good. They were doing some construction on our hotel and the hotel next door so the noise was not ideal. But it was nothing ear plugs could not fix. It was very nice to have a view of the water from our balcony.

A convenient location for me!

The location was close by my friend's house. Even though not in a tourist area taxis are cheap to go anywhere.I loved the views from rooms facing the lake and also from the 11th floor restaurant. I was happy to be upgraded to a lake view room after we experienced air conditioning problems in our first room. I was impressed by the friendly, courteous staff.

하노이 서호 옆에 위치한 가격 대비 좋은 호텔

방이 크고 편안했고 서호가 보이는 방으로 잡아주셔서 풍경이 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 도로가 있어서 경적 소리가 조금 시끄럽게 느껴질 때도 있지만 밤 10시 이후로는 조용하네요.
