- The building is located in the city center, intersects with 3 large districts, so it is very convenient for traffic and services (including midnight).
The space
- Each floor will be a self-contained apartment, fully furnished and equipped. There is an electric door lock for the main door of the building, an electric lock for the elevator up and down and an electric door lock to enter your own apartment.
- When Check-in, we will provide you with 02 access cards to your building/elevator/apartment. In the case of a month-long rental, we will install your fingerprint directly on the devices and you will no longer be dependent on the magnetic card.
- Green space is always our priority, so trees will be installed both in the apartment lobby as well as in the apartment premises you use (green trees will be installed on both the front and back balconies of each apartment).
- This apartment is a light filled apartment, there are 3 sides of light for the apartment. Of course, we have equipped the curtain system with the most optimal light and heat in case you want privacy.
- Each floor will be equipped with a separate Wifi path: according to the number of floors you stay, you should ensure that the Wifi speed is always stable

- Stepping into the apartment, you will first see a Decor cabinet and this is also a combination of shoe cabinets as well as outdoor accessories: such as raincoats, car keys, hats, hats, ..
- On the left will be a large living room space: there will be a large living room (1 sofa bed and 1 single sofa), a large work desk with an electric box next to it, kitchen space, dining area, restroom. 1 and the front outdoor balcony.
- There will be trees in front of the balcony and this is a place where you can smoke

- The kitchen area is fully equipped: double induction hob, range hood, super speed kettle, 4 cups of coffee, 4 bowls, 4 plates, cutlery and forks are set up enough for 4 people, 3 pots and pans, pots and pans. rice cooker, 300L refrigerator, and 8kg washing machine and dryer. In particular, we also equip 01 super clean water purifier (07 filter cores) so that you can drink clean water directly without buying more water.

- The sofa bed is very spacious and comfortable, you can combine more people if you use this sofa bed

- To the right of the apartment from the entrance door will be a space of 2 bedrooms, ensuring absolute privacy, each bedroom has its own door lock.
Inside the master bedroom there is a spacious and very open back balcony, we provide an extra drying rack if you need it or the area allows smoking. The system of extremely large changing rooms connects to the Master bathroom, inside there is a bathtub combined with a standing shower. Here we have a small window for you to relax while enjoying the natural air.
- The storage space is plenty and wide so that your belongings do not affect your living space.
- The small bedroom is also equipped with a double wardrobe and a connecting desk, so it is convenient for you to flexibly change the purpose of use to suit your needs.
Guest access
- Smart TV system is equipped in the main living room (55inch for the living room) and the master bedroom (43inch for the master bedroom), the TV can connect to your phone and has been installed with the internet for access. Access: youtube, netflix, gg, or official websites of the Vietnamese government allowed..
- High capacity air conditioning system equipped with 03 units in your apartment
- All apartments are equipped with 3 hot water bottles in different places (5L small tank in the kitchen area, 30L small bottle in bathroom 1 and 80L large tank in the bathroom in the master bedroom).
- The external restroom is equipped with a freestanding shower cabin, a large mirror, a spacious sink area, and an automatic toilet (Toto washlet).
- The first floor is the common parking area of ​​the building, each apartment for rent in the building will include 2 parking spaces (including: motorbikes, bicycles, or electric bicycles, electric motorbikes). There is an area to charge electric vehicles (if using electric bicycles/electric motorbikes, an additional charge of 200,000 VND/month/vehicle will be charged)
- The floors will be moved by the common elevator of the building and there is an exit staircase (lift weight: 450kg, maximum 5 people/time)
- The ground floor of the building will have a first aid box and each floor is equipped with 02 fire extinguishers.
Other things to note
- Room rent includes: electricity, water, and housekeeping service twice a week.
- Basic items such as: Toilet paper, towels (standard 4 towels/room) will be replaced 02 times/week.
- Upon check-in, you will see a Handbook, here we have instructions for a number of other services such as: renting motorbikes, cars, suggesting car booking applications, suggesting places to eat, amusement parks, etc. travel, .. breakfast order service.
- In addition, the housekeeping staff is always on duty on the first floor of the building, you can ask them for assistance whenever needed.
- It is not allowed to use stimulants or do things that are contrary to current Vietnamese laws.
- Please provide us your Passport and Visa upon check-in so that we can proceed to declare your stay in accordance with Vietnam's regulations for you. This will keep us all safe.
