日本語で対応してくれる点、朝食に日本食が選べる点は良かったですが、チェックインした部屋に前の客が使用したタオルやマスクが放置されており、部屋を変更してもらったらTVの設定がされていなかったりと準備不足を感じました。また、禁煙ルームを選びましたが元喫煙ルームという感じでにおいは結構するので、部屋に備え付けのファブリーズは重宝しました。

大浴場も１０階にあり良い。ただし、入れ墨がある方については、日本の入浴施設と同じように利用制限（少なくとも時間制限など)して欲しい。トラブルが発生した訳ではないものの、威圧感を感じて利用し難くなるため。

スタッフは日本語が堪能です。 日本語で話そうと努力しているのが伺えます とてもフレンドリーで、事務的でもなく、ホスピタリティがとても高いと思います。 ホテルは大浴場、サウナ、マッサージチェアにマンガと日本のビジホ並みに快適です 少し老朽化と設備が古くなっている印象はあります。 年末年始に宿泊しましたが、年越しそば、おせち料理とご馳走になりました。 近くは日本料理店も多く日本のスーパーもあり快適です。 強いて言うなら旧市街などに出るには車で20分くらいかかります。観光目的なら少し離れているかなっと。。grabを使えばすぐなんですが渋滞が酷いので時間帯によってはロスになるかも。。 それを差し引いても次回のハノイもここを選ぶと思います。
