Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Early check-in depends on when the previous guest checks out and when our cleaning staff finishes preparing the apartment.
If the room is ready earlier, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Can I check out late?
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
Late check-out is subject to availability and depends on the next booking. Please message us in advance so we can check for you.

3. Does the house have an elevator?
No. Like most local houses in the Old Quarter, Hang Buom House does not have an elevator and is accessed by stairs only.
This property may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests with mobility or health concerns due to stairs.

4. Is there luggage assistance?
Yes. If you need help carrying your luggage, please let us know in advance and we will arrange staff to assist you.

5. Is there a place to store luggage?
Yes. We provide free luggage storage lockers located right outside the apartment hallway, which you can use before check-in and after check-out.

6. Is the house located in a small alley?
Yes. Hang Buom House is located inside a small alley, which is very common in the Old Quarter.

7. Is the house noisy?
The house is located right on Hang Buom Street, a lively area in the Old Quarter. You may experience some street noise during the day due to local traffic and activities.
That said, this is part of the authentic Old Quarter experience and gives you a true taste of local Hanoi life.

8. Is there overnight parking available?
The house does not have on-site parking.
However, there are nearby parking areas within walking distance where you can park overnight for a fee.
