Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wish the AC was a bit stronger. But we went in the middle of summer and it was extremely hot. The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel. Facilities, location, food, and very close shop and food make it a good choice. The staff, specially in restaurant and front desk make this one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Anna, who seems to be everywhere and doing everything would add another star to this hotel on her own. This girl is worth her weight in gold and i expect will be running her own hotel at some point. Massive energy, so friendly and total professional.

A hidden gem in the Old Quarter

This is a very good hotel - clean, and excellently located right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant, and especially the rooftop bar for a pleasant experience with beautiful views of Hanoi.

Upon arrival they upgraded our room free of charge and the staff was always friendly and helpful to offer suggestions about things to do in Hanoi. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and well worth it. The massage spa they have is one of the best massages ever. The restaurant they have also serves excellent food. We loved the authenticity of Kecho Legacy, very traditional style with modern touches. Can’t fault the staff, very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very good, location is excellent, roof bar is wonderful for catching an evening breeze on a hot day. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Super stylish and unique looking hotel. The roof top bar is great and the bar tender was super charismatic although I forgot his name. I’m curious to know if they have a property in HCMC.

The staff were friendly and provided pretty good recs for food and tour. They never gave us any problems and were helpful. The hotel itself is older and small, but considering the area, this is normal. The old quarter itself is rich in history and I don’t think you’ll be able to find big rooms like we have in the west at these smaller hotels. The elevators are small so they will offer to deliver your suitcases to your room. The room itself is also small but has a lot of character. Our room had really dim lighting so that would be the only downside. They served a breakfast buffet every morning and food was pretty decent. We enjoyed a few plates. They offer a to-go box with fruits and a sandwich for us since we had to check out early. They also booked us a driver in the morning since we had to leave for the airport at 5am. They said it would be hard to get a grab at that time since it was so early, something we didn’t think about. Overall, it was a great stay. Would recommend for single and dual travelers.

This is a charming, heritage themed boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter, outside the door you are in the middle of local, colorful buzz with vendors, restaurants, bars, crazy traffic. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and had a fun combo of local & western items. Skybar is beautiful and views magnificent. Didn't try the restaurant for lunch/dinner. Airport transportation could also be arranged and different excursions etc. as well. Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a cute little hotel but tucked away so difficult to find down a back street that's also the (raw) chicken market. Once inside, staff lovely. Room small and shower old. 'City view' room was closed shutters with market below so very noisy with shouting as things opened in the morning. Wotif shows no lifts at the property, which was a concern, but there are two. There are about 8 steps up to the property though and you need to navigate your luggage from the nearest street so do a Google street view first so you know where you're going. Very close to everything.

Perfect start on our journey through Vietnam

We stayed 3 nights at Kecho Legacy in Hanoi. The location was excellent for exploring the town. On the edge of the old town and close to the lake. The hotell is located in a small alley with a busy streetmarket just outside the entrance. No disturbing sound in the room though. Beds are good and we slept very well. Breakfast is ok, there is plenty to choose from, some good stuff but also some very lame asian food. More taste please! The rooftop bar was a bit empty when we stayed, but a very nice place to have a drink in the evening. The guy in the bar made some great cocktails for us. Last but not least Ana in the reception helped us book a cruise in Halong bay even though everything was fully booked. She is a real star. She managed to grab a cancelation and got us the best cabin on the ship to a great price. She also fixed a transfer with the sleeper cabin bus directly from Halong to Hue (according to my request). Then she followed up through every step on the way to make sure everything worked out according to plan. I'm sure I have never had such dedicated support before. We are so happy for all your help, we will never forget it. You made our trip the best ❤️.

The property was perfectly placed in a little back street of the old quarter. The decor provided an air of authenticity. The staff were really personable and went above and beyond. The food was excellent with a wide of options for breakfast. I have several dietary requirements and often struggle to find anywhere that can accommodate. The staff were attentive and always happy to point out what was safe for me to eat. I would recommend this boutique stay anyone wanting something a little more unique. My time there at Kecho made my stay at Hanoi even more memorable.
