Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi! Only steps from the lake and really in the heart of the Old Quarter. I liked it so much I extended my stay for several days! Julie at the front desk is extremely nice, helpful and welcoming!

This hotel is in a quiet location but is close to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as many options for restaurants. Staff were super friendly and the bed was really comfortable.

Loved our stay at the Hanoi Morning Hotel! From awesome pre service organising rooms for 3 groups and transport from the airport to being super helpful and ever available. Julie and Phong made our stay! What a perfect location to enjoy the Old Quarter of Hanoi! The view from the upper balcony rooms was sensational!

Great location - on a quieter street but still right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing view. Juli was very helpful in booking our tour to halong bay and beyond. All other staff were friendly and helpful.

Lucky Juli is the best. She helped us book an amazing tour for Ninh Binh, and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. She even taught me some useful phrases in Vietnamese. Everyone we interacted with here was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's very centrally located, right by Hoan Kiem Lake, and you can walk to a lot of great attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious. If you have any questions, Lucky Juli will answer them all for you. I highly recommend Hanoi Morning Hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. Thank you! Cảm ơn!

The property is falling apart. The shower is horrible, even is not a place for to put shampoo or soap, you have to leave on the floor. The breakfast room doesn’t have AC. Nobody can speak English at the reception. The AC from the bedroom is with problems, you don’t can control.

Hotel a bit tired.

The Hotel staff were so gorgeous. The hotel is old and tired. The bathroom was a bit grotty. We had ants everywhere throughout the room. The bed was as hard as a wooden plank. The hotel is in a lovely street, just 50m from 4p’s pizza. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants with great food.

it's a very basic hotel, very basic room furniture and breakfast, no amenities of any sort, but room size is OK and we chose a room with a window (which is optional in this area), on the other hand the location is superb, right in the middle of the bustling old quarter, staff are very friendly and helpful, not bad for the rates but could enhance.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel in the old quarter by the lake. The property is old, but your in the old quarter, so… Julie and Mai (hope I got the spelling right) were very friendly and helpful. Good hotel to have as a base.

The hotel just had one key, even though they advertised luxury deluxe room, the room was not in great condition. The receptionist was crying loudly in the lobby and wasn’t able to assist us soon when we got locked out

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. However, the hotel is quite old, and the rooms don’t match the photos, especially the bathroom. It’s outdated, with a boiler and some mold. We stayed in a room on the 9th floor, and it was very loud at night—earplugs are recommended. The breakfast selection was poor. However, considering the price, it’s a good hotel for its location.

Phenomenal ! Outstanding service that helps us a lot during our stay.Staff introduced us everything about the old quarter . It takes you from 1 minute to 5 minutes walking from their hotel to the Sword Lake, Dong Xuan Market , The church .... It was absolutedly great , ' cause you just need to walk for eating chicken and beef noodle , coffee , Pizzas ...The staffs (Ms. LilIy and Juli ) are extremely helpful and friendly, shout out to all of them , they made my trip Halong bay, Ha Giang much more comfortable 👍👍 thank you so much for having us .

Great location and amazing value for money. Brilliant staff. Great location, staff were always charming and helpful. My sister and me were ill and the staff member at the front desk help us to phone the doctor and took care us during all my staying . Specially, it was a cleaned and Comfortable room. 1 minute to the Hoan Kiem Lake . I gave us a nice memory in Hanoi.
