Reasonable hotel in a convenient location close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The place is a little cluttered. For example there is a large fridge or freezer blocking the staircase. The rooms look great in the pictures however they were a little run down when we stayed.

The staff at the Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel were wonderful. We were greeted with a refreshing glass of tea upon our arrival. Even though we arrived to early to check in, they took the time to answer our questions and even book a tour which was terrific. Great hotel, great value for your money.

Great spacious family room, I’m central Hanoi and old quarter. Ideal for our 3 nights family visit. Breakfast was standard Vietnam offering, not great but that is the case everywhere!

Thank you for taking care of me from the midnight pick-up on August 12th to the night pick-up on the 16th. The room was double 1 and single 1 for two people. Breakfast is delicious. The number one is the kind response of the staff. I'm worried about the tour schedule and negotiate with the tour company, Thank you for taking care of me a lot. Thank you. Noch schlechter kann es nicht gehen! Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer sauber, aber beide Kissen waren stark verschmutzt und hatten keine Kissenschoner, unter dem Bettlacken lagen viele Haare wahrscheinlich von den anderen Gästen, teilweise gab es auch diverse Flecken. Im Zimmer kriechten und sprangen irgendwelche kleine Insekten (Flöhe, Bedwanzen?) herum. Unter solchen Umständen war das Bleiben im Hotel nicht möglich und ich musste mich nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen. Das Hotelmanagememt hat die Stornierung und Nachbesserung verweigert.

旧市街の非常に便利な場所にあり、すぐ街歩きがスタートできます。ホテルの前は雑多な様子ですが、中に入ると清潔感があり、各階に2、3部屋しかないため静かでした。部屋は広く清潔感があり、シャワーやエアコンも問題なく使えました。朝食会場の10階は見晴らしがよく、ホアンキエム湖を見ながら食事ができました。スタッフは若くフレンドリーで、ニンビンへの日帰りツアーの手配も非常にスムーズでした。値段的にそれほど期待していない部分がありましたが、結果としては快適に数日間過ごすことができました。

Hotel wa just “ok”. Not filthy but the shower didn’t drain well and it didn’t look clean. Some of the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest. Overall, nothing positive or negative really stood out about this place. There are cheaper and better places to stay in the same area. I would opt for them before this place.

地點很不錯，在老城區步行街的稍外圍，除了隔音不好地點絕佳。 其餘的毛病太多了，入住的芳香劑過重，沒有給厚棉被，早餐簡陋還有果蠅螞蟻，服務人員大多在滑手機，還有人進入我房間不知道原因。
