The staff at Hanoi Chic Boutique were absolutely lovely and the best part of the stay. They’re kind and welcoming and very helpful as well, they were happy to arrange airport transportation, tours and stored my bag while I was in Halong Bay. The room was simple but comfortable with everything needed, same with the breakfast. Overall a really lovely hotel and I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel was accessible, by Old Quarter. All staff are amazing. The front desk receptionist, Jasmine was helpful and explain our check in details and offered airport transfers. Ana was also helpful when I asked questions from Expedia. Huang brought our luggages in our room and they also transfer our luggages the next day when we move to different room. Breakfast was buffet and made to order, everything was good. Leo helped us bring the luggages to the car when we left the hotel.

2 Night Stay in Hanoi

This hotel is in the perfect location. We were so close to many of the things we wanted. Restaurants, bars, the night market, and Hoan Kiem lake were all within a short walking distance. The staff here were truly some the nicest people we met in Vietnam. They are genuinely there to make sure you have a great time on your trip and do not hesitate to take all the recommendations that Anna gives you! She's the best :) They will also book your transportation from the airport which is great.

Worst hotel and fraudulent people I had a reservation for 2 nights for a Deluxe Room. First, they tricked us and gave us a standard room. When we spoke with them the hotel denied it. We then showed them the advertised photos and then they gave another room (which was the only room they had). This room had a bad and pungent odour in the bathroom and the fittings were rusty and unhygienic. The white goods and furniture in the pictures is misleading, with the real ones been very outdated. We couldn’t stay for the second night after this horrible experience. I highly suggest not to book this hotel and there are many others in the same area with more competitive prices

Great location, within old quarters. Room was nice, tv, aircon, comfy beds, hot shower, kettle, basically everything you'll need. All the staffs and recep were very helpful. They recommended restaurants, and tours, at a reasonable cost. Tracy waited until 3am when we arrived the hotel and helped us w whatever we needed.

最悪。朝の食事メニュウが少なくオーダーしても無く（メニューに書くな）、シャワーの湯は出ない、テレビはリモコンの故障で映らない、セフテーイボツクスは鍵が掛からない、その他等々。唯スタッフは親切でした。 コストに関して、この程度の金額を出すのであればハノイの旧市街地区ではもっといいホテルが有りいままで泊りました。

구시가지에 위치하고 있어서 주변으로 볼것, 놀것,먹을것 다 도보로 이용 가능하고 좀 거리가 있는 거리는 택시타고 이동 가능해서 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 다만, 12시가 넘으면 셔터를 내리셔서 문을 열어달라고 해야하는점이 조금 불편했구요. 그래도 직원분들 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 만족스러웠습니다!

We loved our stay at Hanoi Chic Boutique. We were delighted on arrival to find that our room had been upgraded to a large family room with a balcony facing the street. The room was great. Even though we arrived late at night we were able to order food to the room which was very handy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only slight complaint we have is that the breakfast was not the best. There were a few items on a menu that you could order to be freshly made and then a table with fruit and other cooked items to help yourself to. I ordered the pancakes with chocolate and banana and it came as one tiny pancake with a small dash of chocolate and about 6 banana slices - definitley not enough to fill me up! One day there was pumpkin soup out but there were no labels on the hot food and no spoon to serve it. The juice was also very watery and not nearly as nice as the lovely fresh fruit that was available to choose from. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Chic Boutique and particularly liked its location within the old quarter.
