The location of the hotel is great. A lot of food, shopping and sightseeing options close by. My room was very clean and quiet. The best part of the stay was the staff. They went out of their way multiple times to help me plan my trip to Sapa. I really can’t say enough about them. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is probably my 5th time at Authentic Hotel and it's always a pleasure to stay here. The facilities do have to have another facelift though. Room 804's Cotto basin is cracked and would be good to have it replaced. Other than that, Authentic is situated at the most convenient location at the Old Quarters, it is my default hotel of choice every time I visit Hanoi with my family.

Spent a wonderful Christmas weekend at the Authentic Hanoi from Saturday 24th to Monday 26th December 2022. This is actually my 3rd time at the hotel. I was here the first time 9 years ago and subsequently I housed my parents at the hotel when they came over to visit my in-laws. For this trip I splashed on the lake view suite, and I was not disappointed. My wife loves the double wash basins and the bathtub. The hot water is sufficient and comfortable. First impressions were good. The room is large clean and well equipped. The hotel service personnel deliver excellent service throughout! The Breakfast service serves adequate western and local fare at their rooftop restaurant. My wife is very pleased with the Pho Ga. The restaurant offers a great view around the Old Quarter and Ho Hoan Kiem area. My son also loves the lake view suite and hopes to return again to the same room. I highly recommend booking the lakeside suite for a spectacular view of the city. I will definitely book Authentic Hanoi hotel again when I return to Hanoi! The shower compartment's tap head should be changed to one with a better grip as when our hands are soapy, its very hard to grab the tap head. Also it appears the soap dish no longer installed and we had to place the shower gel bottles on the floor.

The most pleasant and comfortable hotel

The authentic Hanoi hotel is very nice and it is just in the scene viewing area which has been very convenient for taking a tour around this place.and the servants here has neen very kind of me.i used to ask sewing kit and something else to be delivered and they responded very quickly and kindly.and sure the hotel is clean and allappliances iused are functioning.it has massage and gym center also.the breakfastisalso good.i will come to here next time i visit the city with no doubt.it is worth to be here which is my best recommendation for you when you were here. And the best receptionist i should ask , they are taking their responsibility so seriously.so you could turn to them when you were this place.
