Even though I checked in late at night, I was welcomed with a smile. Also, the room was kept clean and comfortable. Although it is located in the old town, it is quiet at night and convenient to go anywhere.

Excellent value. Good location. Fabulous staff

We stayed 3 nights during our trip. The hotel is in a good location. Just a short walk to the places you want to be. The staff treated us like old friends. We appreciated all their advice, recommendations and assistance. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the fact that the large family room had separate beds! The breakfast room was cozy and food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

It’s Okay for an overnight short period of time to get some rest and go. It’s in good location convenience for everything. The room is very small just enough for a queen bed place tightly to one side wall, no walking space for get out the bed.

Very good location, near good food, and places of interest - Train Street, Temple, and the place to board the bus to Sapa. Hotel service was great, we stayed for 2 days, left for Sapa, deposited our luggage; and returned to the same hotel on the 5th night. They remembered our needs and also helped us to put our luggage to the assigned room. They also help to arrange to and fro minivan service from airport to hotel. Highly recommended.

Great Location and Great Service

Hotel is strategically located near the lake and Old Quarter with lots of great restos and coffee shops. Hotel staff are really nice and very polite. They are very eager to help you on everything.. from your itinerary to hotel services. Highly recommended!

Great overall

The hotel staff was excellent. They all spoke English and helped me with a problem with a tour. The breakfast was also very good, good buffet selection, including one entree included. Good location as well, near the north end of the lake, in the old quarter.

Family friendly hanoi

The Aquarius hotel was quiet which is rare in the centre of hanoi. Our room was large and clean and the service was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Bedrooms are simple but clean, which is what we were hoping for given the price. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing! They cook you up what you request from the menu and make you fresh juices. A lot of thought and care goes into it. We received excellent service, a special thank you to the breakfast staff on the morning of 14/11/22! :)

If you drive the car to the hotel it'll a little bit of challenge for car parking. Be careful with some people help you to park the car in front of the hotel even they are not hotel staff and they will illegally charge money for the car parking.

2ベッドを予約していたが　1ベッドの部屋に通されました。2ベッドで予約しています、と言ったら部屋を変えてくれましたが。 建物は古く　水の流れが悪くシャワーの水が溢れかえってトレイの方までビシャビシャでした。トイレットペーパーの補充もなくフロントにもらいに行きました。 フロントの従業員は英語がわからない私に対して　アプリで説明してくれ　とても良い人でした。
