The place was clean and quiet, when I came into the breakfast room at 8 it was kind picked over , I wish they would attend to it a little more , one person ask if the could make more coffee

Sofern man wie wir früher abreist gibt es keine Möglichkeit irgendwas zu essen, auch nicht zu frühstücken oder wenigstens einen Kaffee zu trinken, das griechische Restaurant in Raumunion ist seit 2 Jahren geschlossen und der Raucherbereich vor der Tür nicht überdacht, der Fahrstuhl von 22 bis 6 Uhr ausser Betrieb - kurzum nie wieder, zumal auch die Entfernung zum Flughafen relativ weit und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schlecht ist und Parkplätze gesondert berechnet werden

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen! Essensmöglichkeiten...einkaufen und schlendern in dem schönen Park...alles ist gut fußläufig möhlich!! Erwähnen möchte ich das die Flugzeuge sehr nah über diesen Ort starten und landen...mit Fenster angeklsppt sollte man Oropax tragen...bei Fenstr zu geht es muss man sagen aber wer sehr geräuschsempfindlich ist sollte abhilfe schaffen!!! Sonst ist das Hotel ganz niedlich...etwas altbacken bzw.abgewohnt aber man sieht das hier und da was erneuert wird oder wurde!!Das Bad war schön groß und die Matratzen waren auch ganz gut ...nicht zuu fest und bloß nicht zu weich!! Wir hatten sonst komplett unsere Ruhe und hatten alles in der Nähe und konnten am nächsten Tag entspannt mit S-Bahn in 3 min. Zum Flughafen fahren! Laufzeit vom Hotel bis zur S-Bahn ca. 10min. !!! Wir fanden es gut und kommen gerne wieder!!

Könnte besser gehen

Die Möbel sind alt und beschädigt, die Zimmer müffeln, was schwer mit lüften zu kompensieren war. Es wirkt alles herunter gewirtschaftet. Das Frühstück ist definitiv keine 13,- € wert. Eine Sorte Käse, das Gemüse (Gurken und Tomaten) waren gefroren. Der Kaffee dafür ausgezeichnet, schön wären ToGoBecher. Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, sie hätten ein besseres Hotel verdient.

Wir kamen um 14:40 an und wollten einchecken (Check-In 15 Uhr). Man hat sich geweigert uns ins Zimmer zu lassen um uns kurz umzuziehen und auf Toilette zu gehen nach 6 Stunden Anreise. Der CheckIn war kompliziert. Das Restaurant war eine Baustelle und das Hotel bräuchte dringend ein Make-Over!

Da ab 13:00 kein Personal mehr im Haus sein sollte liefen wir vom Bahnhof Langenhagen Mitte mit Koffern zum Schwesterhotel Tullip inn. Dort hieß es , die Dame ist bis 13:30 da. Also liefen wir mit unseren Koffern von einem Hotel zum anderen. Eine bessere Kommunikation hätte uns Zeit und Mühe erspart.

Hotel mit schlechter Qualität

Das Hotel mit über 50 Jahre Alter z.T. immer noch in Originalzustand. Teppichboden im Zimmer stark verschmutzt, Bad teilweise Schimmel und schlechter Geruch. Frühstück extrem minimal. Hotel wird Namen nicht im Entferntestem gerecht, Preis nicht gerechtfertigt Habe ich so noch nie erlebt
