Lady at the front desks was really kind and helpful, The hotel is old and you can hear all the noice from out side. The neighborhood is not very nice, but it downtown. Close to public tranportation and easy to move.

Needs a deep clean and decorating

This Hotel needs a deep clean, room not hoovered and smell of smoke even though they are non smoking. Bedding was clean.

There were stains on the carpet and the curtains were broken. The door of the shower room is rattled, and the water leaks outside without being completely sealed. The tram runs outside, so I woke up by the sound of the train early in the morning. The key is not a key card, but you need to close the door by yourself. The quality varies depending on the room. The only good things are that the hotel staff were kind, the toilet and bed were clean, and the hot water come out well.

Pésima atención al cliente. Tuvimos problemas con el vuelo y eso retrasó nuestro check in y jamás pudimos contactar con el establecimiento y nos dejaron literalmente en la calle. Tuvimos que volver al aeropuerto a eserar ahi la noche y volver por la mañana al hotel y cuando lo hicimos no tenían la habitación lista, nos hicieron esperar 30 minutos para limpiarla. De la limpieza, se nota que no han pasado la aspiradora bajo la cama en varios meses. A la cama se le sentían los resortes y la almohada era una cobija envuelta dentro de una funda. Pésima experiencia.

Was will man mehr.

Wir wollten in der Nähe der Innenstadt sein. Das waren wir und auch in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft des Rotlichtviertels. Man wurde freundlich behandelt. Man kann sich gut vorstellen, dass Fußballfans nach dem gefeierten Sieg oder der begossenen Niederlage hier ihren Rausch ausschlafen.

Es war wirklich übelst. Bis ich zu Bett ging war alles soweit entsprechend zu meinen Erwartungen. Für knapp 60 € hatte ich nicht viel Erwartungen. Leider ging ich nochmals ins Bad. Dort erwarteten mich dann drei kleine Kakerlakenfreunden . Einen habe ich direkt zertreten. Einer viel in den Waschbeckenausguss. Einer ist mir entkommen. Ich habe den Aufenthalte vorzeitig abgebrochen, nicht übernachtet und bin direkt 300 Kilometer nach Hause gefahren

Die Unterkunft war zwar sehr günstig, aber sie war auch keinen Cent mehr wert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Da kann man nicht meckern. Das Zimmer war sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis natürlich zu erwarten war. Es stand sogar ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sehr alt aber immerhin. Offene Speisen hätte ich jedoch nicht darin aufbewahren wollen. Das Zimmer war von der Sauberkeit ok. Das Bad war allerdings nicht so toll. Die Halterung für den Duschkopf war ausgebrochen, so dass man den Duschkopf beim Duschen in der Hand halten musste. Der Handtuchhalter war nicht mehr vorhanden, außer ein Teilstück, welches auf dem Boden lag. Die Toilette war erstmal zu reinigen, bevor man sie benutzen konnte. Mit der Klobürste hat man mehr verschmutzt, als man damit reinigen konnte. In allen Ecken waren Spinnweben.

窓の鍵を直してください。

窓の鍵が壊れていたため、閉めても閉めても窓が空いてしまった。部屋の下が喫煙所となっていたため、室内にタバコの臭いが蔓延していた。古いホテルのため、施設の快適さは望まないものの、ベッドのクッションは適度な反発で心地よく、トイレ&シャワールームは、清潔感があった。

Richtiges ghetto Hotel. Alles dreckig und Kapput. Die Türen sahen aus als ob da mehrmals eingebrochen ist. Aufzug kapput musste immer ins dritte Stockwerk gehen. Aber die Betten waren bequem. Dennoch nie wieder lieber im Auto schlafen.

Parkplätze am Haus zu teuer oder nicht vorhanden, auf nachfrage unzureichende Antwort. Das erste zugewiesende Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, am folgetag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit und der zustand der Möbel und des Zimmers war schrecklich, die Möbel waren teilweise kaputt oder schmutzig. Die Zimmerwände im Schlafraum und im Bad waren übersäht von Flecken und Haaren von anderen Gästen, das gleiche gilt von den Wänden im ganzen Haus. Zudem waren sämtliche Rauchmelder im Haus abgebaut oder mit Alufolie zugedeckt wurden. Vor dem Haus war bis morgens um 4:30 Straßenlärm und Laute Musik zu hören. Das Hotel ist eine heruntergekommende Unterkunft, die dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gerecht wird. Das einzig gute ist die Lage des Hotels zum Stadtteilzentrum, es befinden sich reichlich Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür.

Rezil bir otel!

Otel güvenilir değil, ilk gece kaldığımda gece odaya girerken kapının önünde evsiz biri yatıyordu! Odalar aşırı eski ve pis. Resepsiyondaki ilgisiz ve ingilizce bilmiyor. Kesinlikle konumuna bakıp kalmayın otel hiç iyi değil, rezalet.

Check-In ging schnell und unkompliziert. Hausflur verdreckt und muffig. Das Hotel, besonders der Flur zum Zimmer, hat furchtbar doll nach Zigaretten gestunken. Bettlagen hatte mehrere Flecken. Bad dreckig!!! Toilette mit Kot verdreckt!! Toilettendeckel kaputt! Bei Ankunft bereits aus der Befestigung gerissen gewesen. Deckenlampe im Bad defekt/ Deckenfluter hing aus der Decke. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Straßenlärm enorm! Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich. Mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht anders. Lautes Gebrüll auf dem Flur. Zigarettenqualm zog ins Zimmer. TV bis auf 3 Sender (Erste, 3Sat, ZDF) auf türkische Sender eingestellt. Umgebung erinnert an ein Ghetto. Hätte ich die Nacht nicht in Hannover verbringen müssen, wäre ich direkt wieder gefahren!

Der Check in war gut. Aber der Fahrstuhl war defekt und unser Zimmer im 5 Stock. Unser z Zimmer hatte das Fenster zum Eingang des Hotels, der Ausblick war eine Müllstelle und roch nicht gut. (gerne Fotos) Und der Feuermelder war mit einem Küchentuch abgedeckt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett!
