The hotel located in convenient area for lots of dinner options. Hotel staff are very kind. It has parking, bars and nice coffee machine for breakfast. Price is very reasonable.

Good hotel

Modern and clean hotel located in central hildesheim. 4-5 minute walk to the city centre. Easy to access by car with its own parking garage, streetparking etc. Public electric car charger in the garage. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good - nothing special but alright.

Very nice hotel. Relatively new and well maintained. Very strange arrangement of common door for the toilet and bathroom. The add-on breakfast was not worth the money!

Terible checkin!

checkin total disaster with the new AI computer systems. Need to bee professor!! Always liked this place before on my travels, but the cleark that shuld help whas arrogant, and also told mee strickt "taht all hotels have this checkin systems now in Germany" Absolutly NOT! I travel 200 nights thru all world, this is more comon on low budget hotel that i newer chose.

Nice place and super friendly people in the reception. Room was nice, but the madras are in bad shape. It’s almost shaped as a canoe. You lies in a ‘hole’. Pillows could e better.

I've been there multiple times. The hotel is fine, it's easy to reach, personnel is kind and helpful. BUT this time i had an electric car. The hotel has 5 chargers in the underground parking, all was free looking in the app, then i arrived just to find 5 petrol cars parked there and the staff had no way to locate owners. There's even a sing "reserved to electric cars under charging". In any other place a situation like that would've simply seen those cars removed. But here i was 1 and those were 5 clients, so i had to park on the street at 300 mt. while charging with another post. I'm sorry, but this is NOT how to manage the situation. Keeping aside the idiocy of those car owners, if the staff doesn't enforce the reservation for those who need to charge they should simply remove the chargers. Then i could plan otherwise. Or AT LEAST, if you have massively more clients with gas cars than el-cars, give permission to park under the note that if an el-car arrives they had to move: you keep a phone number and there we go. The way they handled it was definitely bad.

Generell für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Zimmer lag aber an einer lauten Hauptstraße, was wodurch lüften in der Nacht unangenehm war. Über 400 € plus Kurtaxe für ein sehr einfaches Zweibettzimmer zu verlangen finde ich auch in Messezeiten happig.
