I expected more, frankly, from the best of Best Western. Instead, the front desk was indifferent, and vaguely hostile, the location in the expo area wrong for my purposes (my own fault) and the hotel infra obsolete and crumbling, with renovations in progress. In all fairness, some of the staff went beyond the call of duty to compensate for the weakness of the others, but it's hard to succeed when you've got one angry guy up front, and a waiter at the restaurant who clearly has either no talent for it or no experience, or both. I did find a nice park nearby to walk my dog in thanks to a helpful employee, but it was not enough to repair the damage done, especially when the pricing seemed designed for American-style nickle and diming.

Loved the restaurant, food was excellent. Hotel lobby area was a bit haphazard, difficult to find where everything was. Ate in breakfast room and restaurant and both were very good.

Not good. Won’t stay again. Food was terrible. Quality of mattress was very poor. Not comfortable at all. Same thing for pillows. I always stay at sheraton and they can learn from them.

Great Convention Hotel
The hotel was a pleasant surprise, given that we were traveling for a trade show and not expecting much. Much better than your usual hotel located near the Messe.

Ideal location for Messe stop over
Stayed here whilst attending an exhibition next door at the Radison Blu I usually stay at the Radison when I exhib there. In future I will stay at the Best Western it’s is more relaxed and luxurious I had a lovely room great bed and breakfast was lovely

Did not get Wifi connectivity for almost the entire stay in the annexe building of the hotel. Sporadic Off/On Wifi in main hotel lobby. No Wifi in restaurants. Wifi is included in the room package and that is a MUST HAVE in today's business travelers requirements. I would rate this hotel not even worth €50 per night.

Room clean, hotel clean but hotel in one building and breakfast reception in different building , you have to walk out in the cold to go to reception for any reason. I have to pay for days I don't need to stay because its fair package

Only complaint is the bath. No proper stand-up shower facility in room. I had to hold the shower head in my hand all the time - no mounting bracket for it above your head.

The restaurant is very good. People at the lobby could have more training in giving information, as it is a hotel nearby the Convention Center, full of guests in business without no time. I saw no motivation in giving information as I request for example , how long it takes from the hotel to The airport by taxi... They didn't know it. I was really surprised.

OUR STAY!!!
THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS GREAT HOTEL AND THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WALKING DISTANCE FROM MESSE FAIR GROUND. WITH REGARDS TO CLEANING, THEY CAN DO A BETTER JOB. OUR GLASSES WERE PUT BACK IN THE BATHROOM WITHOUT BEING CLEANED, ONE OF THE SHOWERS HAD A BIT OF MOLD AND THE TOILET PAPER WAS NOT REPLACED.

Perfect for 1 night
Spent 1 night at the hotel as I had a business meeting south of Hannover so location was great for me. Check in was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. Arranged a late check out for me with no problem (cost 15 euros) and pointed me in the right direction to my room. Apparently they have 3 building so i was slightly surprised to have to leave the hotel lobby, go outside and find a building a short walk away. However this was no big problem. My room was spacious, clean and good facilities. All i every require from a room when away on business. As it was getting late, I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. I was told during checkin about the 2 restaurants (1 german and 1 international). I headed to the international restaurant to find it empty. I tried to locate a staff member but no one was there. Slightly disappointingly i made my way to the German restauarant which was quite busy. Food and service at the German restaurant was good. I had a Chicken and Ravioli soup to start and Duck breast for main. Couldn't fault either. Highly recommended. The next morning I had a late breakfast. The restaurant was empty but was still serving. Fairly good selection of hot and cold foods. Also had a chef who made me a fried egg and some waffles. At 18 euros, price was steep but this is pretty standard for hotels nowadays. Overall nice hotel and would be back if I wanted to be in location. Wouldnt be the best if you wanted to visit central Hannover.

Nice Room
The room was really big for two of us. Everything was very nice inside. There is a nice swimming pool in this hotel and it was kind of good to take some time at the pool side. We came when there was no exhibitions happening at Hannover, so I could not really tell the conditions of this hotel when it is fully booked. However, I like this hotel based on my stay!!!

Luxurious room at reasonable price
The non-smoking business double room was very big - walk in closet, separate toilet and bathroom with a rain shower and separate bath, sitting area with two big couches, a working desk and a good size double bed. The room was very clean and new with modern decor. The hotel restaurant served seasonal cuisine - the asparagus soup was full of flavour, white asparagus with hollandaise sauce was delicious, veal and pork schnitzel were tasty. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Offering iced tea and sweets at check-in was welcoming. All in all an unexpectedly premium hotel at a reasonable price.

Great hotel close to fair ground
Everything was OK, except internet speed on their WiFi which was poor until they restarted the router next. I was staying in their building next door, so after checking in you have to go outside to that building.

Wonderful Hotel in Hannover
I stayed at this hotel for a business conference nearby. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were complimentary snacks available in the reception area as well as in the room. There was a lovely robe and slippers available to use in the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. There is a bar, restaurant and lovely pool. The room was quiet as well. There is a nice convenience store across the parking lot. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Loved this place.
Free internet and nice breakfast. My room seemed newly renovated and super clean. The shower was hand held powerful or full rain. Toilet was separate, in another room. No complaints. Just remember their cancellation policy is brutal. 3 months notice is needed. Whoever made this policy needs a good spanking. Other than that one of the best places for where you are and what you pay!

Great for Fairgrounds
I have stayed at the BW Premier Parkhotel Kronsberg twice. On both visits I have experienced excellent service, good food at the restaurants (a large breakfast buffet) and quiet accommodations. The hotel's provided Wifi is buggy, and does not allow multiple connections unless you request a ticket from the front desk, and overall the hotel looks and feels a bit dated. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Relaxing Stay
Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, except for the very limited availability of sauna and steam room (6.00pm-10.00pm if I recall correctly). It served its function very well.

Nice hotel, close to the expo center
Nice hotel, our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Very close to the Expo and a train ride from the City Center, easy access from the highway. The pool was nice - the pool area was very hot and uncomfortable if not swimming...however it was a very nice pool area. We were traveling with our children but our room would have been ideal for business travel

Hannover Kronsberg - great experience
A premier hotel right next to Hannover's expo plaza convention center. If driving by car, easy access to major downtown expressway.

OK hotel
Staff nor organized and somewhat offstandish. At my request they moved me for one night to a room with the promiss of getting me back my original room which was very comfortable but the next day they had given my room away abd simply said it was not possible so i stayed in a very old room with old bed and although clean but rusty tiles and not very pleasing. Still it was comfortable as i spent very little time in the room. I was also expensive because there was a large trade show in progress in the trade show grounds next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, stayed only one night. Breakfast is sort of expensive at 18 Euros, it wsa ok but nothing to write home about. Room is clean and spacious, I would stay again.

Good for the exhibition halls
Upgraded to a Designer Room. The room was very well equipped but.... the designer must have had very strange ideas - cave paintings, bamboo furniture, signs of the zodiac, and artificial flares. The corridor was psychedelic with bright blue sky (?) and wavy sand dunes - or at least it could be. Definitely not to my taste. Just give me comfort, convenience and facilities. Still the staff were friendly and the facilities are good. Check out the swimming pool. The dinning facilities were fine - good if pricey menu.

Heat spoils hotel
For a 4 star hotel, you can't turn the heat down, I couldn't sleep, destroyed my holiday. Funnily, on my last day, room service turned up and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, only evident after they left, coincidence?! Cost me a very shocking 7.50 € for a bottle of water from the bar (3 glasses worth!), there's no shops nearby

Great hotel for business and pleasure stay.
I have stayed for the third time at this conviniently located hotel in Hannover. I like it because it has fast Autobahn access for business appointments in the area of Hannover and is located right next to the exhibition center. There is also free wireless internet in the rooms and free parking. Great restaurants and a bar with delicious food choices on premises as well as a wellness area. This hotel definately offers a great value for it's price.
