I felt so welcomed and cared for whilst staying at the settlers. My room was just luxurious but very homely at the same time. I loved the little touches especially the lovely scented bath salts. Can’t wait to stay here again. Will definitely be my go to hotel for a rejuvenation weekend

Attention to detail really shines here. What was otherwise a pretty standard hotel was taken to the next level with excellent customer service and every conceivable need catered for in the room, plus complementary towels for use at the spa.

Presentation of the studio had that personal touch, chocolate on arrival. Studio was clean, cosy with heat pump and roomy. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, hot pools and forest/sculpture walk.

Amazing and friendly staff. Our go-to place from now on in Hanmer. Even offered us fresh towels for the hot pools after we had checked out and would wash them once dropped back at their laundry. 5 stars all around.

Every little comfort was thought of. Cushions for outdoor chairs, complimentary swim towels, torch. Room clean and tidy, owners chatty and helpful. Two blocks to shops and pools. Quiet, off main road.
