This stunning Three Bedroom/Two Bathroom home has been designed for you to enjoy holidays in Hanmer Springs. Situated on Rutherford Crescent - the best street in the village you will be able to park your car at the door and walk to most of what Hanmer has to offer.
The relaxed, comfortable open plan living area flows out to a large deck overlooking the water. Complimented by a fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine, (however you will need to bring your own coffee capsules).
Enjoy the indoor-outdoor flow in summer with friends on the deck and watch the most amazing sunsets. Winters will be spent being cosy and warm in front of the log fire.

Off road parking for 3 vehicles and easy access at allocated arrival time. Lake views with a good outlook were appreciated. The first two bedrooms were a good size with the master bedroom sited to take in lake views. Kitchen and dining area worked well together with lounge area alongside. Easy walking distance to the village amenities and pool.

Great Location
Stayed for 3 nights. Weather was iffy for 2 days but the views were awesome. Had 2 cars but walked to everything!! Blew a circuit, totally our fault and late at night, manager was there to fix under 5 minutes. SO communication was excellent. Place is beautiful with room for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Would book again if in area.

Close to the town centre but quiet and private
Excellent accommodation in a great location with good views from the sunny deck. This is a newly built, high spec house with modern appliances, excellent facilities and comfortable beds. It has a large open plan living area, with air conditioning and fan and was scrupulously clean and tidy.
The property manager was helpful and accommodating and made it a very enjoyable experience for us and our overseas guests. This house was perfect and is strongly recommended by us.
