"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. "Though there were a lot of homeless in the vicinity that's probably normal for properties so near to a main railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff and very close to the main food street on that side of the track and 5 mins from the old town and its food mkt over the line."
