"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. The building interior was like a maze with beautiful objects and resting places all around and overlooking the garden."

"膝が悪いので、エレベーター近くのお部屋はありがたかったです。お部屋にもよるのでしょうが、トイレの段差がありやや狭い印象でした。大浴場へも入れ替え制になっていますが、どちらも階段昇降が必要なので、足腰の弱い方は少し難かもしれません。スタッフの方は対応も良く頑張りを感じました。しかしフロント内で2人おしゃべりをしていて挨拶なしの方がいたのは残念でした。お客が通れば声掛けしなくても会釈をするだけで好印象なのですが、他のスタッフが頑張っているのに残念です。"
