Lovely place

Our experience there was lovely. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful. However the shower walls were glass... Pretty see through. Makes it difficult if your not there with someone your very close with.

Comfortable stay

Location is not in the downtown area. Has 1 small convenience stall outside the hotel. Its easy to take public transport or taxi to attraction places. The hotel is new and everything in the room is nice, clean and new. They have a great restaurant which has nice food. Service is good.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and well kept. The staff were on hand to help straight away with our bags and when we needed help to get to tourist sites, a bus was provided which came and picked up guests from the hotel. The room was lovely, except the bathroom could be more private if you are looking to share with friends! All in all a lovely stay :)

エクスペディアで予約、決算出来たので安心して当日カウンターまで行きました。が、びっくりです。 帰国後サービスセンターに電話しましたが、返金されるのでしょうか。

预定的是套房，开始在客厅看电视，等到去卧室的时候发现电视机打不开，后来叫来服务员，折腾了半小时也弄不好，想着卧室不看电视也无所谓，就算了。但是酒店的空调室外机噪音太大，晚上根本无法睡觉，让服务员来听过之后，提出让我们换房间，但是没有套房了，只能换大床房，由于声音实在太大根本不不能入睡，只能同意换房间，联系了前台，更换了房间，酒店也提出赠送两份早餐，可惜我们本来就打算睡懒觉压根儿没打算去吃早餐，但是酒店也尽力了，没必要为难人家。然后，大半夜的重新穿好衣服收拾好东西，默默地换了房间。但是，总体来说，酒店的装修很帮，很有特色，而且服务是真心不错的，对于客人的需求，响应地非常快速，可惜有些事情确实也是他们无力解决的，我们也表示理解。下次还是会继续选择这家酒店，只是希望别再给我顶着空调外机的房间了。

The best thing going for this hotel was the hotel staff, very friendly, approachable and attentive. Location was the biggest drawback. If you are in Hangtzo for sightseeing it's quite far from the sights and getting a taxi was a pain.

房间还不错

房间干净，大，床舒服，入住时前台人很多，前台服务员不怎么样，但经理很棒让先办入住再慢慢解决别的问题。因为是新装修，房间还有点味道，说有小朋友玩的区域也不开放。总的来说还不错，下回还会考虑入住。
