It was a small intimate motel. The whole process was easy from booking right through to checking out.
A negative was that it was on the highway so a bit noisy however it didn’t affect us sleeping.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh.
Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel.
Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice.
Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.

The room we were given was fresh clean and new. Enjoyed the room while we were there.
Our experience in the restaurant wasn't so memorable with a cut of steak being quite chewy and the manager trying to tell us that cut has a particular texture, and can have a chewy feel about it on one side. Googling the cut after being told that by the manager, it said that that cut was know for it's tenderness.
There were other things about the meal that we were disappointed in. We would stay at the Powerhouse again, but won't be eating at The Workshop Kitchen.

The studio room was private, very clean and tidy, really beautifully designed and presented. The bathroom was great , bed was comfortable and kitchenette well equiped.
I was staying for work and it was great space to come back and relax.
It is located on a main road but there was no traffic noise at all, only the sounds birds in the morning.
It was easy to find and had on site parking, instructions to access property were easy and communication was prompt.
Throughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.
