The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was always clean. They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!

I had a really great stay at Signature du Lac. The staff were amazing, the property was lovely, and the food was excellent. I had dinner served at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, and the afternoon tea is definitely worth trying too. I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was wonderful! I’d recommend booking a room with a window, as some rooms don’t have one (this is clearly mentioned when booking). My only complaint would be the 4% surcharge for credit card payments. I noticed this at other hotels in Hanoi too, but I think it’s unnecessary and something they should reconsider. Other than that, I really can’t fault the place. They seem to get everything right, and I’d happily stay here again!

Camellia went above and beyond for us when we saw her! All the staff we interacted with has been 10/5 stars. The door man has SLID to grab the door before I could. They let us have later check out and arranged a shower for us in the gym for after we checked out because our pickup to the next location was around 7pm vs 1pm and we wanted to be fresh before we headed on the road. The rooms were great too, A/C worked great, water was hot, no problems with toilet. Breakfast was super great we ate breakfast almost everyday we were there. You get to order and use the buffet,
