"We loved this property! It provided privacy while still being close to businesses if needed. There is another home on the property for rent, but it was far enough away away for privacy still. The house was absolutely adorable and clean! The hot tub was perfect and worked great. The owner was very responsive when needed for questions. During warm weather, this property would be a dream. They had 9 kayaks and a canoe to take out on the lake. We would love to return next summer! Highly recommend. "

"This little house was clean and well kept. It offers a slightly secluded feel, which is nice if you already made a big grocery trip and want to relax around the house. The couches and beds are presentable, but not the most comfortable for longer stays. The couches might be more so for an out door patio rather than relaxing and watching TV/movie. When we first turned on the shower we noticed a very strong smell of sulfur/gas that was quite displeasing. We noticed the sinks had the same issue, but not nearly as bad as the shower. I contacted Rob, the property owner and he mentioned what he would do to address this issue - after we were gone… We elected to one quick shower for the weekend due to the smell. The lake in the back is calm and relaxing. We took out the row boat and made a lap around the lake with few boats to look out for. Meyers was the closest grocery store about 25mins away from the house. We also went down to both St. Joseph’s beach and South Haven which took about 30mins drive. Saturday night we got dinner at 221 Main which was absolutely amazing food and drinks. Overall - the house was nice for a short weekend stay. The AC worked just great which was a blessing because each day was about 90°. "

"This is the perfect place to recharge and relax. The view of the lake from the porch in the morning is the best place to wake up and reset for the day. We saw bunnies, a mama deer and her little fawn, a woodchuck, sandhill cranes, cardinals, swans, hummingbirds, and a variety of songbirds. The hot tub is amazing, the layout of the house is great for a larger family. The host is easy to communicate with and provided accommodations when we needed an early check in due to traveling with an elderly family member. The house is clean, the bedding is soft and the little extra amenities provided in the bathrooms are a great touch. We will continue to make this an annual trip and are already looking forward to next summer!"

"This beautiful home is tucked away into the woods but conveniently located five minutes away from a convenience store, 10 minutes from town, and 20 minutes from South Haven. It was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The Internet does lag due to being out in the woods, so make sure you come to disconnect. My children absolutely loved the game area and it kept them occupied for hours. There’s even a fire pit not pictured in the back! We would definitely book again. "
