"We needed an escape and truly needed some relaxation and this was the perfect place for that. Kitchen was fully stocked eith everything we needed. The home has 3 bedrooms but we only used one and it was very confortable. The living space was our most used space as i did a lot of reading and binge watching there. Bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. Although it was colder than we would have liked the house was super cozy and just the perfect getaway. One of the highlights was also how accesible, helpful and understanding Danielle (host) was. A definite return is in the works!"

"The home was clean and check-in was straightforward, which we appreciated.However, overall the stay did not feel like a good value for the price. After fees, the nightly cost was significantly higher than expected, and some charges, including the pet fee, were not clearly communicated upfront.While the property was clean, it did not feel particularly comfortable. The king-size bed was very soft and lacked support, which made it difficult to sleep well. The rooms are also quite small, making the space feel cramped.The checkout process was also more involved than anticipated. Guests are required to take trash to a community disposal area and clean out the fireplace. Given the added cleaning fee, this felt excessive.Overall, while the home met basic expectations for cleanliness, the pricing, comfort, and checkout requirements did not align with what we expected for the cost. Greater transparency and a more guest-friendly experience would make a noticeable difference."

"The cabin was everything we wanted and exactly as advertised on the app. Our group was thrilled at the amount of space of the cabin, the activities were perfect and the hosts were very communicative. We loved our stay and hope to be able to book again!!! The views of the lake were amazing, the wild life was out in full force and the area is surrounded by skiing, tubing, and many other family activities. "

"We (three couples and two dogs) enjoyed a wonderful friends' getaway weekend at Bucky Beaver Lodge! We loved the cozy fireplace and big dining room table, which was perfect for both feasts and board games. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever experienced in a VRBO, with ample cooking equipment, silverware, spices, coffee, and more! The snowy views of Arrowhead Lake are lovely. I highly recommend this house and we'd love to come back for another trip!"
