"Excellent location right next to Keisei Narita station which is about 10 minutes train ride to Narita Airport, hotel has shuttle but unfortunately they do not provide any shuttle service between 12 noon and 5 PM but we took the Keisei train, very good Japanese/western breakfast buffet for ¥1600 which is about US$10, hotel has onsen/public bath on the second floor, easy to check in check out also offer free luggage storage if you stay there the night before:)"

"I was a bit dssapointed with the breakfast... it used to be better. My husband was basically having toast with jam and butter since the options on the hot meals were not many for him... I stayed before and was expecting a bit better options."

"It was a good location. Near the subway station where you can take a bus to the aeon mall to shop or just eat or you can also walk it for 30 mins (bus ride was 25 mins). Narita station also has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far (less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. Overall the location was good! Just keep in mind that the shuttle time from the airport is not every 15/30 mins. Some hours they only come every 45/60 mins. The room very simple (what you see in the photos is the same...
