we love staying at this condo right on the ocean watching the waves and hearing them at night. It was so peaceful a couple things to be aware of the coffee maker is a French press if you don’t know how to use it just look on YouTube. it was nice to have fresh ground coffee in the morning. Also, the unit does not have a television. It’s all about getting away from everything we love spending the night in Hana. then we were able to get up early and hit the Pipiwa trail and get all the way to the waterfall before the crowds hit. if the pillow on the bed isn’t comfortable for you I noticed that there’s extra in the closet. If you get to town early check your email. That’s how they tell you if the room is ready.

This was the most beautiful condo I've ever stayed. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. No ac, but didn't really need it. I highly recommend this property. Access to black sand beach was a short walk, it was rough, but naturally beautiful. Sunrise was just perfect.

This condo has a great view of the black sand beach and easy access down to it. It’s very clean and nice looking. It’s a perfect place for two. Loren was available to answer any questions we had and it’s an easy place to get to. I highly recommend it!

Amazing stay! Direct access to the ocean and stunning sunrise view right from your balcony. Ocean is too rough to swim but stunning black sand beach. Peaceful and quiet ( stayed in October). Perfect spot for romantic gateway and convenient location to get to the waterfall and National Park hiking first thing in the morning. On site free parking is a huge plus, and a spot was always available. Kitchen is fully equipped . No laundry. Condo interior is very tastefully done but bathroom needs some deep cleaning ( especially tub, tile, window frame and door). Also looks like it has not been mopped under the bed for a long time ( I normally don’t look under the bed, but dropped an earring and was trying to find it). This condo is expensive but worth every penny. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice studio condo. Quiet, beautiful view of bay with black beach. It’s an adventure driving the road to Hāna. 7 Heavenly pools easy walk with awesome pounding surf at the opening of falls. Restful two days.

Great stay!

We ended up staying here after taking our time sightseeing along the Road to Hana. Compared to other locations, this was an amazing deal. Our host was easy to get in touch with and even went as far as to message us during our stay to inform us of the overnight rain storm and possible road conditions we may encounter! The view of the black rock sand beach was lovely and although there is no AC unit, the room cooled down fast with some open windows and an ocean breeze. Very clean and well equipped, quiet and conveniently located.

Everything about the property was wonderful except that it was a bit noisy from other guests and housekeeping outside of the entrance to the room. Noises travel easily because of the levered windows and front door.

Amazing backyard surprise

Gorgeous little suits. Open air and worth it for the experience you get. I won't ruin the surprise, but absolutely gorgeous location. Try to get a top floor, as in the bottom level we heard our upstairs neighbors every move. Everyone was pretty mellow and quite by about 9.

Beautiful Ocean Sound

Easy access to the unit from the parking lot was very helpful for unloading luggage. Room was clean; fresh flowers a nice touch. The table, chairs, and bed on the porch made for great relaxation to the sound of the ocean. Full-size refrigerator was a plus because we travel with our own food and the WIFI worked well. Although pricey for its size, this compact unit was a perfect base for exploring the area.

Just what we needed!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this lovely apartment rental in Hana. We loved being able to walk to a black sand beach right off the property and watch the sunrise…we even had the beach to ourselves most of the time! The apartment was nicely decorated and the grounds are well kept. I was a little worried about the humid weather but we were comfortable even without A/C thanks to the fans and all the windows. We were so glad we stayed in Hana for two nights and would definitely stay here again!

I wanna go back!

If you're driving the Road to Hana, do yourself a favor and spend the night! And this is the perfect place to do that. Great accommodations, view of the beach, quiet little town, comfortable bed! Then drive back the next day. You owe it to yourself.
