"Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.

"This boutique hotel offers everything. Awesome staff. Big rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Love the happy hr. Get to meet other guests. Staff always happy to help and recommend options for dining in the local area. Albert and Phai Lee and other staff were always on hand to help out. Great old building beautifully maintained. The pool was an added bonus after a long day exploring. "

"Lovely quiet guesthouse in heritage building. Inside the UNESCO zone, steps to all of the major food spots and historic landmarks. Friendly staff and very clean!"

"Breakfast selection was okay... always difficult to get a good western style breakfast in Malaysia. But good omelets were available. Coffee was good too.
We had a fabulous tasting menu with wine pairing at their restaurant one evening."
"Loved the welcoming drink and 'freezing' cold towel to cool us down at the reception when we checked in. Room was very spacious and clean. Also appreciate the complimentary teas and coffee. We only drink coffees in the morning and we stayed 3 nights but there were only 2 pods so we had to ask for more for the next day. Everything else was great.
Appreciate that they offered free shuttle to a few places of interest.
