This 1 Bedroom 500 sq ft. Cottage is situated on 1.6 Scenic Waterfront Acres on a Compound in Hampton Bays, NY. This cottage is one of three and part of a multiple-residence property. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area.
The bedroom has a queen bed with hotel quality linnins.

The space
This one bedroom central air-conditioned / heat waterfront property has a state of the art Wifi system with use of laundry and pool.
This cottage is the center cottage and has recently been renovated with new high end kitchen and bath You'll have access to kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton with a 300 foot walking dock with benches for viewing the best sunsets in the world

Wonderful Vacation

This was the cleanest, most modern, spacious cabin we have ever stayed in. The owners, Brian and Terry, were so helpful and easy to work with. We loved having access to a canoe and enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. We will most definitely return next summer.

Tranquil Setting

I have to say this was the best place I've ever stayed at. First, the setting was tranquil, quiet, and peaceful. The cottage we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were the best, always ready to assist; lovely people. I'm hoping to go back every year.

Great cottage for a relaxing weekend away

What a nice cottage for a long weekend away. The cottage was easy to find, newly renovated and upgraded inside and very clean. It had everything we needed including towels for the pools we were able to use. There was a nice dock to sit and have coffee on in the morning, fire pit, and an outside table with a grill! Brian was a gracious host and it was clear he wanted us to have a nice weekend away at his home. We would definitely stay here again.
