The room was clean. In general the facility is well maintained. All the staff was very helpful and warm. The standout is the manager CeeCee. I am not sure if the correct spelling of her name. Norfolk Waterside Marriott
We had an excellent Stay at Norfolk Waterside Marriott. The view from our room was brilliant. We need to say a special Thank You to Caroline on the front desk. Because of the weather we had to stay extra days and she was so good at helping us. Caroline is a true asset Norfolk Waterside Marriott.
