Unique opportunity for either a small intimate get away in our cozy 2 bedroom "Cottage Chic" Vacation home, sleeps 5 - 6 comfortably. The Lake House offers: New Heat & Glo, gas fireplace insert. Air Conditioning. Fully Furnished, Living room with leather Sofa, Love seat, and Chair. Dining room has high top table with 6 chairs, Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances: LG side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, LG dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, microwave, pots, pans, crock pot, cooking utensils toaster and Kitchen Aid mixer. We provide a Coffee Bar: with Keurig coffee maker, Krups drip coffee maker, and an Electric tea pot. Kid friendly plastic plates bowls, and cups. Glass dinnerware glassware. Out door patio furniture and gas grill. Linens and bedding included! Each bedroom has queen beds, sheets, pillows, and comforters. Queen Air mattress and Pack n Play also is available. Bathroom with tub & shower, Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Blow dryer, Towels and Face cloths. LG Stack-able Wash and Dryer with Steam function and laundry detergent. Graduation Gathering
This property was the perfect setting for our family gathering! There was plenty of parking and the house/property is private, yet close to grocery and other stores. Everyone that came, absolutely loved it - could not stop talking about how nice it was to have the yard set up the way it is along the lake with the fire pit and plenty of chairs we could all spread out and just enjoy our time together, perfect! One of my aunt's even claims she was at this exact same property 60 years ago!? We enjoyed fishing for large mouth bass, caught a few big ones, and the calls from the loons were very soothing. The lake being shallow with a sandy bottom was also very good for the younger kids, they did not stop swimming! We would visit again for sure, Thank you!

This was the ideal spot for me to host a 40th birthday party. Everyone was obsessed with the house, the location, all the amenities. I heard how great and beautiful this space was ALL night (and it was a late night for sure!). Thank you so much for helping me host such a perfect celebration!

Perfect house on the lake
Our family and dogs had a great week at the lake! Jim and Maureen (owners) were very responsive and great to rent from. The private beach and swimming area was fantastic! It was also very secluded/private, which was a nice surprise with being right on the lake. The house had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We can't wait to return on another lake vacation!

Beautiful Lake
The cabin was nice & was well equipped. Air conditioning units were more than adequate. The rental is pet friendly & our cocker spaniel enjoyed swimming in the lake. The backyard lake access was delightful. Decent size sandy beach, plenty of seating right out your back door. The lake was beautiful & we loved the fire pit. . We were thrilled that the rental came with kayaks & a peddle boat, floatation toys & paddle boards. Fishing was great!! Overall 5 star rating !!

Relaxing Lake Stay
My husband and I and our two Golden Retrievers very much enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue House on Sunset Lake. The lake access was perfect for both our older dog and younger pup, and they wore themselves out each day swimming. We loved using the two kayaks to paddle around the whole lake each morning, and enjoyed relaxing in the numerous beach chairs throughout the day around the firepit. Jim was very responsive to any questions we had throughout our short stay. We would definitely rebook in the future!

Not worth the price
It was a great location and we had a great time. However.... could not open windows due to all the bugs that would come in. Shower Curtain appeared to have feces splattered on it. Firepit was littered with trash, zebra cakes boxes, mac & cheese boxes, beer cans etc. Lawn had pieces of balloons which could have caused our dog to choke so we had to pick them all up. Was not a walk into the water as pictures appeared. Dishes in cabinets were greasy so had to wash all by hand due to Dishwasher not working. Stovetop and Oven also did not work, due to the propane tank being out of gas. It took the owner's over 15 hours to get back to me after I sent them a text then an email about the stove. Had to try and cook all meals on a Grill where not all the burners worked. Then helped the gas woman the day of checkout to make sure the gas was working etc where she also fixed the beeping that had been going on the whole time were were there that I see that last post from another renter had addressed with the owners. Oh yeah, and the fireplace did not work so no heat. Place got really cold at night, good thing we brought extra blankets and clothes. I asked for a partial refund, but heard nothing back. Definitely not worth the money we paid per night to stay here.

Relaxing Lakeside Weekend
We were looking for a place close to water and you can’t beat a beach in the backyard! Excellent views of quiet and clean lake. Marsh area in back means lots of great music from frogs and birds. The outside fire pit was put to great use! Bathroom is a little cramped (but understandable with an older bungalow type cottage). Fireplace indoors was also great, though it beeped through the whole night our last night of stay (probably just batteries and didn’t contact host about it until we left). Overall, a charming little place to relax!
