"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is very cute and the Holiday decorations were very much appreciated. Even though the weather outside was fairly cold the cottage was warm and toasty. It had everything we needed and more. Jamie was a fantastic host and very responsive. Hope to stay here again in the future!"

It’s actually more unusual to have a perfect experience so what is preferable is having someone who is responsive and reasonable, The home is beautiful and comfortable. "The location is perfect - walk to the beach easily with little ones. If wasn't sleeping, I was sitting on the front porch on a comfy settee, watching people walk by. Met and spoke with the owners who were lovely as well as attentive. However - I was surprised at the lack of basics - I have rented many times before (not sure if via VRBO or what) and there have always been beach chairs, decent dishes, good place to sit outside,out door shower etc. Grill was unusable (to us) as were coffee pots. Next year we are going to look at Guilford or another Shoreline - maybe Madison has just gotten out of my price range. "
