Kitchen is nice and well appointed.The beach looks close on the photos yet is across a street and through a fence. Three nice bedrooms which served us fine since we were three and a child. The. Winding stair is challenging for seniors and small children. One bath but tub as well as a separate shower.The owner was quick to respond to questions. It might help to have a book on property explaining things."
