"Ismail is to be highly commended for his great customer service and efficiency.
He helped our daughters change room when their toilet didn’t work. Their room was also showing some wear and tear in the sofa. He showed concern about the situation, and was great in handling adverse situation such as an irate mother.
The other room (husband and mine)was wonderful, though. And the daughters’ room, once it was changed to another room was good, too.
Another employee who was to be commended was Alvin, who was always smiling and helpful.
