Welcome to the Urban Quarter! Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we are thrilled to host you! In the heart of Hamilton, the Urban Quarter sits right behind Spooky Nook Sports! Only 15 minutes to Miami University and around the corner from some of the city's best restaurants, shops and attractions. We can’t wait to host you!
Enjoy the entire top floor of our duplex. Please note the first floor unit of the duplex is also available for short term stays and may be booked separately. You will find plenty of seating throughout the living and dining areas. Our kitchen is well-equipped with cooking essentials and the living room holds a handful of games for your entertainment. Both bedrooms feature hybrid foam / spring mattresses. The primary bedroom features a king mattress while the second bedroom features 2 twin mattresses. Everything is ready for you to make yourself feel right at home!

-This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. You will have access to the entire upstairs unit.
-Steps are required.
-Free parking on street

Good location - near spooky nook
Nice town - close to a lot of breweries and restaurants easy check in out, very responsive host. Very Clean (it is an older bldg there is a musty cat pee smell)
& a weighted shower curtain would b helpful.
Location is great if you r in town for tournaments at spooky nook, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice
Very nice place. Was really clean. We where in town for basketball tournament and was close to where we played. Close to lot of nice restaurants. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great, newly remodeled flat. Extremely clean! Convenient Hamilton location within walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee. Still convenient to visit our student in Oxford. Would definitely rent again!
