"The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip."

"Front desk was so nice and accommodating, they let us check in early! The room was clean, bed was supper comfy my only complaint was the pillows are oddly very small."

"We were assisting with a move so had our truck loaded with items we were delivering the next day. We were extremely pleased to find the King room we'd booked is on the rear ground floor allowing us to park right outside our room and even be able to access our vehicle directly from the room. The bed was very comfortable, the towels soft and the shower hot...much appreciated after a strenuous day! "

"Initial room was on top floor under hvac and was extremely loud. Management changed our room immediately when I called to ask. We were moved a few floors down and I believe upgraded as well! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel! Pool was clean and quiet when I went in. Breakfast was good with a nice variety and spacious area for buffet set up. Additionally the dinning room area was also very spacious and kept clean. The area around the hotel was busy but felt safe and provided many options for dinning out. The paid parking was secure and easy to use. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely return to that one and other Hampton Inns."
