You will stay in a beautiful 2 Bedroom guest-suite within a magnificent home centrally located about 20 mins drive to Niagara Falls, 10 mins to Welland Canal, 5 mins to Niagara college, 11 mins to Brock University, 40mins to Buffalo USA, 90 mins to Toronto ON, near tourist centers, museums, parks, beaches and hiking trails.

Well-equipped for your convenience and comfort, this guest-suite is self-contained and boasts of 2 large bedrooms, full washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas beautifully furnished. You will also have access to the home gym- a separate room proximal to the guest-suite!

You will find in each bedroom a cozy queen size bed, closet and a workspace (Table + chair + lamp). If you like to play piano, you will be pleased to know that there's one available for your entertainment!

In addition to the washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas, you will see the linen closet that contains extra linens (e.g bathrobes, towels, pillow case etc) for your convenience.

The shared gym is equipped with treadmill and rowing machine to help you stay true to your fitness goals at your convenience!

Feel free to explore your culinary skills in the kitchen equipped with range, oven, microwave, coffee machine (drip coffee and k-cup pod), toaster, refrigerator, electric kettle, blender, basic cookware, dishwasher, dishes, wine glasses, tea cups and utensils. Feel free to use the starter beverages (pops, chocolate, coffee: k-cup and instant coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar, salt, black pepper sachets etc) provided for your enjoyment! A shared gas BBQ grill is also available for your use.

To get you through a couple of nights, starter toiletries are provided. For the entire duration of your stay, you will have adequate supply of toilet tissues, facial tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and hand wash.

Just prior to your entry to the guest-suite, there is the shoe+coat rack for you to loosen up and start the adventure!

This bright and spacious guest-suite is at the lower level, possessing large egress windows. Please note that the upper level of the home is occupied by a peaceful young family. So, please expect that during the non-quiet times, the presence of the upper level occupants may be felt in the lower level.
