"Close to the main train station. But somewhat confusing to find rooms, since two elevators are involved in accessing the ones in the back of the hotel. Side street was noisy at night."

"Tiny efficient room. Comfy mattress. Good tiny bathroom . Good lighting. TV had some English channels. Breakfast super! Eggs meat cheeses...yum. long stroll to airport. I'd stay again for sure."

"Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sauber und in Ordnung. In der näheren Umgebung ist leider wirklich nichts... E Ladestation auf dem Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück war ok."

"It was really helpful to be able to do an early check in. The facilities are clean and nice. It's a good option for the money you're paying, nothing special. The location is is convenient if you're using public transport. The breakfast is not good, although for a quick early bite is enough."

"The room was nice and clean and well appointed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Alas we had two evening meals and my wife’s meal one evening was cold and the replacement was not much better. Breakfast was okay. Very handy for the airport."

"Just the most beautiful hotel! I loved the Art Deco interiors I love a hotel that also has a story. The only thing that I would ask for is, there’s a video playing on the tv that’s all about the hotel and it’s history, it’s a shame it didn’t then repeat in English or maybe there was a subtitle option I missed. Our first trip to Hamburg, we will definitely be back and will definitely stay here."
