Comfortable and Reliable
I feel very comfortable and had good sleep at night, very calm and noise free place and also cleanliness. Just one thing I want to mention about there is no attach bath in the room. It’s a separate on a different side. All in all I am satisfied with the stay.

Nice spot for a couple of days
The check in process was easy and the room was neat. The beds, though small, were comfortable. A shared bathroom means 2 toilets for women (and separate wc for men) at the end of the hall. The hotel is close to bus stops. To get to the center of Hamburg a bus and a train are required. A few restaurants are within walking distance.

The hostel is easy to access from the airport. The bus station is close and a supermarket is nearby. But on the other hand, if you are not travelling by car, there are not many choices for food nearby.

If you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay away from the city center, the Aracade Hostel is a great option. It is located off a main road, but I didn't notice any noise (other than from the family next door.) The bed was also very comfortable! I took a taxi to and from the airport and it was about 27 euro each way and took less than 20 minutes.

Nearby the Barclays Arena, and not so far away from the Altona Old City. The dining options around the area are really limited but for the purpose (a short stay) it was ok.

It’s a no contact hostel :) you will get a reservation number by email and check in at a machine by yourself which was a new and unique experience for me and I thought it’s cute and fun. It’s an old building so you will get only one key and lock doors inside and outside with the key. The room was spacious and well conditioned. However I step on crumbs on floor everyday after making a room. Except not enough vacuuming, other things are fine. I didn’t know that there was no hand soap or shampoo because it’s a hostel level. It was okay I went shopping :) Don’t forget to bring your own bathroom amenities. I will have enough towels though.

The room you booked was one of the minimum rooms with shared toilet but own shower and wash basin, however. Es handelt sich hier um ein Hostel und kein Hotel, das ist nicht schlimm, hatte ich aber nicht gesehen, da auf der Expedia Seite fälschlicherweise Arcade Hotel steht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung, das Personal ist freundlich, der Check in und Check Out funktionieren unkompliziert. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber als wir da waren, waren alle belegt, wir hatten aber Glück das gerade jemand weg gefahren ist. Die Zimmer sind Recht hellhörig und die Betten sehr schmal, aber bequem und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts besonderes, der Preis dafür ist Ordnung. Zusammenfassend kann man das Hostel durchaus empfehlen und ich würde es auch erneut buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit dem Nahverkehr zu erreichen, da paar Bushaltestellen in der Nähe liegen. Besonders toll fand ich den Check in mit Automat. Es ist alles makellos sauber, v.a. auch die Gemeinschafts-Toiletten. Ansonsten gibt es keinen großen Schnickschnack, auch keine Handseife (dafür Duschgel in Tuben). Daher stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich nicht wirklich. Einen Fön gibt es im Zimmer nicht, den kann man sich aber an der Rezeption ausleihen. Nur abends wird es tricky, da ab 15:30 keiner mehr an der Rezeption ist. Trotzdem kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der Barcleys-Arena hat.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und den Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox finde ich sehr genial und ich konnte unkompliziert jederzeit einchecken. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön gergerichtet. Von Hotel aus erreicht man mit dem Bus gut die Innenstadt. Super toll finde ich den Nachrichtenservice mit allerlei wichtigen Infos, Verkehrsnetzplan und Hilfecenter. Gern jederzeit wieder 😊👍

Waren für ein Konzert im Hostel für eine Nacht. Hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Bad ohne Toilette. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und die Gemeinschaftstoilette modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hostel hat eine super Anbindung zur Barclay Arena und es sind nur paar Gehminuten zum Shuttle Bus. Der eigene Parkplatz ist top. Ich würde wieder buchen. Frühstück haben wir noch nicht probiert.

Unkomplizierter Check In, Frühstück für den Preis ok. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Von der S-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Kein Straßenlärm, weil das Gebäude in zweiter Reihe steht. Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Diesmal hatte ich Glück, weil die Nachbarn ruhig waren. Voriges Mal war nachts und früh morgens schon Lärm.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen auf unsere Fragen umfassend Antworten. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hof, so dass der Verkehrslärm nicht spürbar war. Allerdings sind die Zimmer recht klein, doch für eine Übernachtung auf Grund des in den jetzigen Zeiten annehmbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses absolut hinnehmbar.

Das Arcade Hostel war wirklich hervorragend für eine Übernachtung in Hamburg. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich und angenehm empfangen, auf extra Wünsche konnte eingegangen werden und sie waren stets zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und boten eine ausreichende Größe. Besonders gefallen hat mir das geräumige, helle Badezimmer. Vielen Dank für den Service. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hostel. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die nächste S-Bahn Station ca 15 min fußläufig entfernt ist. Es gibt aber Busse und U-Bahn-Verbindungen und - für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen - super Parkmöglichkeiten.

Morgens nerven ein bisschen die Flugzeuge im Landeanflug, aber von der Hauptstraße hört man nichts, da es in zweiter Reihe zur Hauptstraße liegt. Frühstück und alles andere waren absolut in Ordnung.

Nem indtjekning, flink personale og renligt. Det var dog en smule koldt på værelset, og selvom vi skruede op for varmen på radiatoren om fredagen, så var det først varmt om søndagen, da vi tog hjem.

Personal war sehr nett. Leider waren beide Bettlaken/Betten nicht richtig sauber, diese hatten Flecken. Parkmöglichkeiten von Hotel selbst sind sehr begrenzt, sodass wir uns eine andere Parkmöglichkeit suchen mussten.

Hyvä yöpymispaikka halvemmalla budjetilla matkaaville. Hyvät yhteydet ympäri kaupunkia, vaikka sijaitsee sivussa. Kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja lähellä. Bussipysäkit vieressä, metro kävelymatkan päässä. Miinusta liian kalliista aamupalasta. Huoneet mukavia ja yhteinen wc-tila ei häirinnyt. Hyvä, että suihku oli kuitenkin omassa huoneessa. Tuli kodikas olo.
