"They welcomed The guest with Mozart chocolate. The staff is super friendly and assisted in each and every way. I was new to Salzburg and the staff helped me to plan my tour at Salzburg. One thing they should improve is, alarm calls in the morning which they completely forgot about."

"We had a nice stay here. The room was very clean with a beautiful view, though it felt a bit small for being labeled an “extended” room. The parking area was safe and well‑kept, but getting out of the garage was a little confusing. Breakfast was offered for a fee. We tried it, and it was fine, but we didn’t really get the full value since we don’t eat much in the mornings. It also would’ve been helpful to have a proper restaurant for dinner. The bar menu was very limited — mostly sandwiches and pizza — so not ideal for a full meal. We didn’t use the other amenities, but it was nice that they were available and explained to us. Mario checked us in, and he was welcoming and cheerful, which made a great first impression."

"This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!"

"Very nice location. Convenient to sightseeing and shopping. The valet is a nice option, since parking garages have terrible reviews for self park. The breakfast was very good. "

"A very clean and tidy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Not immediately in the city centre but only a 10 minute walk and well located. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Only comment would be that there was no mini fridge which would have been nice. Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold food. Check in and out very easy, and in our case we were able to check in 3 hours early as our room was already ready. Would highly recommend. "
