"The woman at the front desk was amazing. Our room was on the front of the hotel. When we checked in, we asked if it would be quiet because the street was crazy. The man at the front desk said the windows were triple pained. We were directly across from the Quay and didn't sleep all night. The woman moved us to a great room, gave us advice about where to eat and what to do."

"This is a very well kept property. The staff is wonderful and the location is perfect, right at the Spanish Gate and Quay St. there are unlimited dining and shopping opportunities. "Staff were very friendly, food was great but the only complaint I have is where kids running around and kicking the bedroom doors especially my elderly parents bedroom door where they actually damaged the door plus it happened a few times. When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. "We loved the Western. The location was amazing. We walked to all the shopping, attractions and pubs. Our room had amazing views and was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our last night we spent in the hotel pub and they had the most amazing musicians playing and singing. We really enjoyed this and wanted to stay longer. We hope to stay here again someday.
