Even that if we used a plug in heater and water heater at same time the place could blow up. This was after an hour and a half of driving up the worst dirt track. Never have I booked somewhere and left to go and find somewhere else but I did this time. Owner knew it wasn't fit for holiday makers since as soon as we opened the door to him he asked...

"I loved the remoteness of this wee cottage. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, with lots of lovely walks, then this is ideal. The cottage is powered by a generator, which you can hear but soon get used to. Make sure you bring everything you need, it’s a fair trek to the nearest shop! My dog ran around the forest all day long and slept all night and I chilled out with a glass or two of wine. I hope to visit again in the not too distant future."
