"Im a platinum Expedia member i stay in many hotels ,i enjoy the finer things in life ,and im pleased to say that the canalta in stettler is easily the nicest hotel in town and definitely one of the nicest rooms in the province. . Usually in hotels i have a problem or dislike a staff member its awesome to see everyone on there staff to always be accommodating, competent, and always welcome you with a smile,,its refreshing to stay at a hotel or be at a business who appreciates you as a customer. All and all the price. Is competitive even a bitter cheaper while the rooms are bigger and better then the competition in town . My only one want is more access to vending machines at night time . Lol "

"Room was very dirty at the head of the bed and on to the floor. they had multiple power bars because there was insufficient places to plug in a fire hazard for sure. The parking lot was terrible to back out of my swipe card four times. I had to go to the front desk and get it recorded very frustrating and inconvenient. I went to pull out the table to plug in my device, and the table was so wiggly and wobbly as you can see in this picture it was about ready to fall"

"The pool was well enjoyed by my girl and her dance friends! The room was very cozy as always. We did eventually get the heat to work but the first night it was very cold. We love the breakfast every time we come! "

"It was fine for the one night I stayed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the microwave and mini fridge were appreciated. I wasn't given a wifi password at check-in, and I forgot to ask. I also wasn't told where the breakfast could be found, and I never did find the room. The check-in office is around the corner from the cannabis store, but I couldn't see a room where they would serve breakfast. The biggest annoyance and main reason for the rating is the boxelder bugs. They don't bite or sting and are similar to moths, which are attracted to light. They were all over the room. Dead and alive. If I need to return to the area, I will stay somewhere else."

"Kitchenette is stocked pretty well but the coffee cups were put back in the cupboard extremely filthy and dish soap is not provided. Still pretty good for the low price."

"Unkept room, crumbs in the bed, dirty toilet and a heater that blows cold air... Not going back even for the low price."

"The couch (futon) was not overly comfortable when relaxing, just to sit and read or even just watch TV. We were VERY surprised to be asked to put toilet paper in the garbage and not flush it as the toilet may get plugged."
