The Scarlet Stay is a private, thoughtfully designed one-bedroom unit in the heart of downtown Halifax, ideal for up to two guests.

The layout is simple and functional, with a cozy bedroom, open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom that adds everyday convenience.

The space is styled with warm tones, giving it a unique, inviting feel.



Whether you’re here for a quick visit or a longer stay, The Sunrise Surf Suite offers comfort, location, and a space that stands out.

As for parking, there is a paid parking garage right across from the building. It costs $10 CAD from 6 PM to 6 AM.❗️

Please note that renovation and construction works are ongoing in the building's common areas, which may cause some dust and minor inconveniences.

However, the apartment itself is spotless and fully equipped for your stay.



This premium downtown location comes with convenient parking options: a garage (PAID) is located directly across the entrance, with free street parking available at night. The building is newly renovated, combining modern conveniences with an unbeatable city-center location.



There is NO designated parking, NO Laundry.

Please, note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is an elevator.
