Welcome to our beautifully renovated unit, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Halifax! Just seconds from Spring Garden Road, you’ll be within walking distance to everything the city has to offer: Scotiabank Centre (concerts & sporting events), Park Lane Mall, EJoy grocery, top-rated restaurants, the stunning Central Library, VG/IWK hospitals, Dalhousie University, and so much more.

This bright, stylish unit features large picture windows on both ends, flooding the space with natural light. Enjoy 5 brand-new stainless steel appliances, an electric fireplace, smart TV, and in-suite laundry (stacked washer/dryer located in the bathroom). The fully equipped kitchen and cozy furnishings make this the perfect home base for your stay in the city.

The main living space includes a comfortable sofa that folds out into a firm queen-sized bed, should you need additional sleeping arrangements. The unit is located on the main floor of a quiet, five-unit heritage building. It has been professionally soundproofed for your comfort and privacy.

We’re a local family — I’m a full-time teacher and my husband is a contractor (and was a Season 1 baker on CBC’s Great Canadian Baking Show). We’re always available and happy to help with any questions during your stay.

Check-in is contactless via lockbox, and you can arrive anytime that works for you. Parking for one vehicle is available behind the building — just let us know in advance if you’ll need it. The bus stop is only a block away, and for added convenience, local taxi apps are easy to use. Arriving by train? It’s just a 15-minute walk to the unit!

Please note: this is a peaceful, non-party property in a heritage building — we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet nature of the space.

The location was ideal since it was within walking distance to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We had a great time exploring Halifax during our maritimes visit- there was a lot to see and loved to support our country !! We would definitely recommend this to others!
