"Staff and facilities were impeccable "

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at The Nautilus Inn. Everything about this hotel was just about perfect—the hot tub, the pool, the gorgeous scenery, the friendly staff, and even the free muffins they give out. I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, the beds were super comfortable, and the TV setup was great—we could stream and watch movies on YouTube without any issues. A special thanks to Miley at the front desk—she was very helpful and incredibly sweet. The overall experience was fantastic, especially with all the nearby activities. Right next door there’s even a smoking lounge that deserves to be featured on the Travel Channel, just like the hotel itself. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for an amazing experience! "

"Room was clean and as expected "

"This hotel has been our “go to” place since 2020. Anywhere from last minute overnight stays to family weekend getaways. I have to admit, this hotel has since gone down hill. The staff are just as friendly as the previous employees, however, the rooms and property have taken a turn for the worse. It was once a lively place to be, but I saw maybe 15 people in the last 4 days. We were told that since 2020, the property has been sold twice! Unfortunately, we have decided that this will be our last stay going forward unless something changes."

"Hotel was very nice and updated, Room was very clean and nicely set up ,Shower was excellent with provided shower chair. Shampoo was excellent also, Great bed and love the square pillows . awesome location as we walked to Ocean deck next door and Joe’s crab shack less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy. I only have one word of advice … The club next door plays extremely loud bass music from 9:30 am -2:00-2:30 am and for some it may not be great (Like my wife,LOL), But I suggest asking for a north side room to avoid it . I sleep through anything so I was fine, But she needed ear plugs. We love this family of Hotels for sure ! "

"Always a great time. Separate park lot for bikes during Biketoberfest/ bike week, very secure. Tiki bar is awesome, Kelly is bartender in evenings and is the best! "
