"We had a deluxe waterfront room (801) and the view was great and the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have. The bathroom was clean and updated. Plenty of surface and underground parking. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and the continental breakfast. All staff were friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area. My only negative comments / room for improvements would be new sheets and towels (one of our beds has holes in the sheets and 2 of our towels had holes) and the carpet transition from the bedroom to the balcony was too short and the tackstrip was exposed and my wife stepped on it. "

"This hotel has been our “go to” place since 2020. Anywhere from last minute overnight stays to family weekend getaways. I have to admit, this hotel has since gone down hill. The staff are just as friendly as the previous employees, however, the rooms and property have taken a turn for the worse. It was once a lively place to be, but I saw maybe 15 people in the last 4 days. We were told that since 2020, the property has been sold twice! Unfortunately, we have decided that this will be our last stay going forward unless something changes."
