Had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk girl to show up, then she was not very friendly. The AC fan made a weird noise, had to turn it off. Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel
Disgusting rooms hair all over, water in the tub , terribly rude employees , not handicap accessible when I call to have a room change they told me they didn’t know if they could clean it and said I can go ahead and write a bad review. Just really awful.
