"Host Robert was brilliant, from sorting taxis to suggesting things to do locally. Breakfast was continental, which was fine. Rooms, although basic were clean and tidy with amazing views of English Harbour which was a 10-15min walk. Beds were comfy. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again.."

"If you are looking to get away and relax this is the resort for you. Although there is only one restaurant at the resort, the menu changes daily. There is always a cheeseburger on the menu if nothing suits your taste. The room with a private pool means that you can just read on your balcony and cool off as needed. This resort is very isolated but you can rent a car and explore the island. The roads are narrow and bumpy but if you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road it was amazing to explore other parts of this beautiful island. Great food, beautiful views and the perfect getaway with the one you love. Maxine at the restaurant was amazing! I would highly recommend this resort."

"Well….well. My stay at the Verandah was EXCELLENT! The resort is beautiful it’s a sight to see. Checking was quick.. our room/bathroom was huge and beautifully kept. Housekeeping came every other day to clean up. Hospitality was on the MONEY.
And let me tell you…the food is to die for. As someone who’s from the West Indies when I stay at all inclusive resorts the food are normally tasteless but the Veranda chefs wasn’t playing with their seasonings. As we in the black community would say they put their foot in it😍.
What can I say about the staffs Smh in amazement. The most wonderful people/ workers I’ve ever encountered. The happiest respectful sets of humans. The comradery with guests was so special.
The Veranda owes me and my family NOTHING!

"It’s a beautiful property and very family friendly. There’s several dining options, pools, and tons of activities to do. It’s not necessary to leave the hotel for activities, but if you do everything is right at your fingertips from rental cars, tours, excursions you name it and it’s available to you. The employees are very hospitable and friendly. We stayed in a 2bdrm villa and loved it. Very spacious with plenty room for kids to move about. Beach is nice with plenty of chairs and shade to sit under. The only downside to the beach is seaweed, but you’re still able to swim and enjoy it. The food options were ok!!!! The buffet options were good not great and there are specialty dining options available for an additional cost. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a laid back, quiet and friendly place to vacation. "

"Bedroom description is not correct, it is one master room with a king bed, both bedroom 2 and 3 contain 2 twin beds. Host was amazing and gave a lot of great suggestions on food options, beaches, and activities to do considering the age ranges of children. Rent a car as this is not located close to really anything. Stop and get groceries on your way out of the airport. Super close to Half Moon Bay, which has the best, and most reasonably priced, food on the island. Note they are extremely slow so expect at least an hour wait from the time you order to the time you receive your food. Only open for lunch/early dinner."

"Fabulous apartment with great views and lovely pools Natasha the host could not have been more helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived and to help us on departure. The resort is relaxed and quiet but with great places very nearby Breeze, Mill Reef, Beach Bum and Roadhouse restuarants, and a fabulous beach just 10 minutes away at half moon bay. Yet it is still easy to get to the other. more busy / built up parts of the island. We would / will definitely go back to Non Such Bay "
